Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Argos Town Council on May 8, 2024, at 7:00 pm in the Town of Argos Municipal Building located at 201 W Walnut St., Argos IN 46501. The subject of the hearing is the consideration of an Ordinance making amendments to the water rate ordinance concerning charges and fees. The proposed Ordinance making these amendments is on file for examination at the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Argos at the address indicated above. Written objections to the proposed Ordinance that are filed with the Town of Argos Clerk-Treasurer before the date of the hearing will be considered, and oral comments to the proposed Ordinance will be heard. This public hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
